Raphaël PEREIRA, I am an engineer and my focus is to understand and elevate human performance. I bring technical skills and a deep personal drive to push professional football to its highest level. DYNASTHAI came from that vision. I wanted to help clubs and athletes reach their full potential, through science, precision, and rich experiences.
From athlete to engineer
My path started in sports. At 10, I became the French national champion in diving. A few years later, I was playing top-tier youth football. Then, I gave priority to my scientific academic path. I attended Europe’s top aeronautical engineering school where I started a career as officer in the French Army. I tested then my physical and mental limits during my military training in mountain troops, leading the military football team to a historic national double.
Building technical expertise
In 2007, I graduated as an aeronautical construction engineer and embarked on a remarkable journey with the French Ministry of Defense. I started as a strategic analyst and quickly progressed to flight testing fighter aircraft and helicopters at the esteemed DGA Flight Test Centre. In these high-stakes environments, success relied on the mastery of intricate systems, the anticipation of risk, and the unwavering execution of skills under pressure.
Beyond the cockpit, I pursued excellence in other domains: piloting single engine aircraft, gliders and aerobatic aircraft, competing in Thai boxing, and club-level swimming. These experiences refined my skills and built mental resilience — essential qualities in any high-performance context.
A Global vision
My final military assignment introduced a new frontier : I coordinated diplomatic affairs for armaments exports across seven Balkan nations. The environment was fast-paced, the stakes immense, demanding clarity, precision, and the ability to concile interests under intense pressure.
This journey across domains, from elite athletics to aerospace engineering and global negotiations, shapes the core vision behind DYNASTHAI: high performance isn’t just about the body or the tools. It’s about strategy, relationships, and being fully human.
Towards an integrative approach to potential
In 2011, during my first trip to Brazil, I faced a striking paradox: how could people who had less, materially, seem to live with more joy and harmony? That existential question changed me. It opened the door to a deeper dimension of my being — just as Plato urged with his timeless call: “Know thyself.”
This new path sharpened my understanding of performance. It also led me to a unique approach that combines human experience and existence to unlock true potential.
